ARETEON’S FOUNDER - DIRECTOR Robin is a veteran serial investor and technopreneur who worked for 40+ years in top management positions which encompassed biotechnology, electronics, ecocity development and renewable energy. After his stints with multi-national companies in the 1970s, he founded SinoTechnics Pte. Ltd., a contract manufacturer in 1982, which was then sold to Natsteel Electronics where he assumed the responsibility of Group CEO achieving sales revenue of over US$100 million. His core competencies are in disruptive technologies, chemical processes, corporate management and he has established a global network of business connections with international companies and governments. He served as Council Member of the Singapore-Zhejiang Economic and Trade Council (ministerial level committee from 2010-2015), promoting direct investments between Singapore and Zhejiang province. On 8 December 2011, he was appointed as Senior Investment Advisor to the Qianjiang Economic Development Zone Management Committee of the Hangzhou government. Consequently, he co-founded an iconic investment of US$300 million joint venture in Hangzhou for an ideal eco-friendly low carbon emission integrated science park dedicated to high value-added knowledge-based industry. From 2010 onwards, he founded, mentored and invested in various companies that specialize in companion animal health, veterinary and innovative modern agriculture. Since the 90’s he had been the principal or co-investigator for MP3 toilet, auto-mobile camera, wireless speakers, natural antibiotics alternative, nutraceutical, and micro-algae. OUR BUSINESS ARETEON Pte Ltd was incorporated in Singapore on 5th May 2011, dedicated to bridge a critical gap between early-stage technologies with consumers and multi-national animal health companies that constantly demand innovative, safe cost-effective, and efficacious veterinary therapeutics, as well as nutraceuticals. With a combined market experience of 50+ years and having solid technical domain expertise, we are capable to develop and make novel inventions into potentially strong applications in human and veterinary fields from basic research. The Company then transforms these early-stage technologies into commercially ready bio-medical materials (APIs) and proprietary formulations, that are necessarily protected by patentable intellectual properties and trade secrets. Pertaining to the novelty of the molecule and its pharmaceutical claims, we discover new chemical synthesis (SOP), invest in scale-up manufacturing process and quality control. These intellectual properties are 100% owned by ARETEON. We are a high value-added biotechnology player that taps into the huge global animal health market. The Company’s value lies in the wealth of its intellectual properties derived from its R&D activities, formulation core-competency and manufacturing process expertise. Not satisfy to be one of the leading players in veterinary field alone, we are diversifying our product offering to include human dermatology and personal-care.
